SERVICE PROJECT

The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe

Thursday, August 10th 1-3pm

 

Bring along an extra set of clothes to change into before we embark upon our Service Project.

​

Megan will be dividing us into groups to complete the following four tasks for the Shrine. All cleaning supplies will be furnished to us.

​

  1. Clean the 14 Stations of the Cross. We will have buckets of water with cleaner, rags, brushes, etc.

  2. Clean the 15 light posts at the Stations of the Cross and Rosary walk. We will have buckets of water with cleaner and long handled brushes.

  3. Clean out the 14 catch basins along the trail of the Stations of the Cross. Luke and Oliver will assist in removing the lids as they are heavy.

  4. Clean the stone benches along the trail of the Stations of the Cross and Rosary walk.
